NAME: Togatta traditional Japanese kokeshi pair

MAKER: Kyuichi Omori

SIZE: 12", 12-1/8" (30.5cm)

CONDITION: The red doll has a few minor dents and scratches, a little larger dent on the front toward the bottom and a large "flat" dent on the back of the head. The purples and greens have fading on the front/left sides.

The black doll has a few minor to small dents, a little larger dent on the left side of the head and several "flat" dents in a cluster on the left side of the head.

NOTES: Mr. Omori was born in 1932.

Two slightly different designs by the same artist. The red has rokuro lines and the black has the kimono neckline.
